great location right by the royal albert hall and museums, staff were super friendly n helpful, my room was clean n comfy even if small, they had nice tea n coffee setup, breakfast at the sister hotel across the street was pretty good too.
the hot water in my shower was way too hot n it had only 2 settings. The elevator was outta service during my visit. walking up n down the stairs got old fast.

Great Value Near Attractions
Our group enjoyed a comfortable stay for three nights, with the added convenience of nearby cafes and restaurants. The ground floor double room was spacious, and despite the minor issue with the en-suite basin, we found the place to be very clean. Explore local eateries for breakfast!

Perfect spot for family fun!
We had such a fantastic stay here! The staff was super friendly, especially Ionut, who made everything smooth for us. The room had great amenities, including Netflix – shoutout to Liviu for that tip! Oh, and the breakfast options were delicious. Just wish the elevators were a bit quicker. it took some time during busy hours.
